NSG Nutrition Lifestyle Coach Steve is highly knowledgeable and his approach to nutrition and supplements exceeded my expectations. The reading material is kept simplistic and to the point making it an easy read and can be easily understood by anyone. I graduated with my B.S. in Nutrition & Exercise Sciences from Queens College and never have I read a more "to-the-point" style book that does an excellent job of eliminating all the unnecessary information that many other nutrition books come with. The material is factual, interesting and above all helpful especially if you're seeking a healthy lifestyle. Coupled with daily exercise, this book is all you'll really need to stay fit!
NSG Nutrition Lifestyle Personally loved this book. Simple, very easy read and straight to the point. I also liked its size and the fact that so many questions were answered in just a few pages. I can go back to it every time I need a reminder or guide in making an educated nutritional decision to help with my fitness goal. Waiting for the next one! J

It is well organized, well written, informative, easy to read and to follow, and enjoyable. Steve is an excellent fitness and strength and conditioning coach and it shows in how he writes about nutrition and exercise. Highly recommended!
NSG Nutrition Lifestyle I found this book very insightful for me. The book is not too long, but there are tons of detail in each chapter. Steve does a great job of making these details clear by literally breaking everything down. When you look online you are given infinite amounts of answers to questions that in this book Steve explains perfectly without forcing you to second guess what you just read. I plan on beginning to meal plan specifically based on knowledge I obtained through reading this book.

The book disproves some common knowledge that we have about food and how it affects our bodies and our results both lifting and weight loss. As the title says "nutrition life" thats what coach steve gives you the information necessary to get started on this lifestyle change. This book is straight to the point and gives the information in a well formatted manor. You can tell coach Steve spent the time to get this right and I think he did.This is well worth $25
