Suggested Usage

Take 1 scoop immediately after training, preferably with water and any fruit of your choice.

Whey proteins are digested more quickly than casein proteins.  As protein is digested into the body immediately after training, muscle recovery will be enhanced at a faster rate.  We do not recommend having our whey protein with milk because milk is a casein protein, which will slow down digestion. Whey protein will be absorbed at a faster rate with water than with milk.

If you combine our whey protein with water and fruit, the fruit will help deliver the protein into the muscles at a faster rate because of the simple sugar. Implement this every day, and you will see a huge difference in muscle growth and recovery.
