Becoming a strength and conditioning coach was a dream come true. I was an assistant strength and conditioning coach for Palm Beach Atlantic University during my undergraduate degree for sixteen months, working a minimum of forty hours every week, including my school, training, and personal clients.
I completed three Division one Strength and Conditioning Coaching Internships for St. Johns University, Hofstra University, and the University of Mississippi. I did not receive one penny and worked one year of my life, all for free.
I was the Strength and Conditioning Coach for the Utica Blue Sox, formerly called the Utica Brewers in 2013.
I have been competing in Olympic Weightlifting since 2015. My current competition snatch is 118 KG | 259.6 LBS and clean and jerk is 152 KG | 334.4 LBS. My current training snatch is 121 KG | 266.2 LBS and clean and jerk is 160 KG | 352 LBS.
Prior to Olympic Weightlifting, I was a college baseball athlete for two years. During high school, I completed four seasons of baseball and three seasons of basketball, including being the captain my senior year.
